The U.S. research vessel Hero and the
British resupply ship Bransfield meet up on a beautiful early summer day. This year, 1979,
the Bransfield carried the stations annual resupply from Florida. We were scheduled to go home on the Hero, problems caused us to return home on the Bransfield via the Falkland Islands. |
