In
the spring of 1986, there was heavy rain
in Sacramento and local flooding. All of
my possessions were stored in a public
storage locker. The water reached high
enough to flood most of my pictures. The
photographs of my travels are very
important to me, they document the most
exciting times of my life. My parents and
family did a heroic job of trying to save
my most precious possessions. It was no
small job. I have always believed that you
should take lots of pictures, a few will
come out good. I have over 5,000 photos
and slides.
Though out my web
site, you'll see pictures with flood
damage. They are still my memories, and I
will not abandon my photos just because
they're damaged.
